Jackson Owen is the CEO of Gadzoom Health, where he leads the company’s mission to elevate provider services in skilled nursing facilities. He began his career in post-acute care as a nursing home administrator with The Ensign Group, later moving to Seattle to help grow Five Oaks Healthcare. With years of leadership experience and a deep passion for improving post-acute care, Jackson has dedicated his career to advancing quality, consistency, and innovation in provider services.
Outside of work, Jackson enjoys snow skiing, cycling, and hiking. He and his wife, Emily, live in Park City, Utah, where they embrace the outdoors with their two children, Arlo and Navy.
Brian Newberry has been a leader in post-acute care for over two decades. He began his career in the early 2000s as one of the first administrators at The Ensign Group, playing a key role in the company’s growth. He later founded Five Oaks Healthcare in the Pacific Northwest, growing the organization to eight skilled nursing facilities before successfully selling it to The Ensign Group. With deep expertise in post-acute operations and a reputation as a trusted advocate, Brian has supported and guided numerous businesses within the industry.
Brian lives in Draper, Utah, with his wife, Amberlie. Together, they have four daughters, and he recently became a proud grandfather. Outside of work, Brian enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and spending time in the outdoors—but most of all, he values time with his family and serving his community.
Dr. Aaron Anderson MD is the CMO of Gadzoom Health. Dr. Anderson is board certified in Family Medicine and Musculoskeletal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, after which he pursued a fellowship in sports medicine at Boise State University with the Idaho Sports Medicine Institute.
Over the past few years, he has devoted his practice to working specifically with the senior and post-acute care community. He loves working with the residents and staff here and is happy to answer any questions you may have about your care.
