Dr. Clayton Smith is board certified in Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Utah in 2007 and completed his residency at the U of U Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah in 2010. Dr. Smith is an advocate in improving the lives of his patients. He loves working with the residents and staff that he cares for.
Danny Wightman
MD
Dr. Daniel Wightman is a dedicated physician committed to patient care. His philosophy is simple: “Always teach and treat every patient how I would want to be treated.” This guiding principle underscores his approach to medicine, ensuring every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for.
Dr. Wightman believes that being a doctor means standing by his patients every step of the way. He’s passionate about improving the lives of those around him. His clinical interests include patient satisfaction and evidence-based medicine, always striving to provide the best possible outcomes for his patients. The Salt Lake City, UT native enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, and cherishing moments with his wife, whom he married in 2006, their two children, and their mini-Golden Doodle.
Clarivette Bosch
MD
Clarivette Bosch, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Puerto Rico, where she was honored as Best Family Practice Resident upon graduation and later served as Chief Resident and Assistant Professor of Family Medicine for seven years.
Dr. Bosch then moved to Utah, where she served for 20 years as faculty in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine.
She is passionate about compassionate care for the elderly, palliative medicine, and active involvement in the Latino community. Outside of medicine, she sings in a professional choir and values spending quality time with her elderly mother, who remains an important source of inspiration in her life.
Kirin Madden
MD
Kirin Madden has 25 years of experience as a family physician. She graduated from the University of Utah Family Medicine program, then served four years in the U.S. Air Force. After her service, she moved to Elko, Nevada, where she spent two years in private practice.
Since then, Dr. Madden has worked at the Indian Health Clinic in Elko, Nevada. She has been involved in nursing home care in the past and has returned to this work over the last six months.
Outside of work, Dr. Madden enjoys running, biking, and hiking, and is currently training for a HYROX competition next month. She has three adult children navigating adulthood. One works in anti-aging medicine but hopes to make a living playing music, another works in ultrasound, and the youngest plays college baseball and is pursuing a career in the sport.
Grayson Dart
DO
Dr. Dart is a board-certified Family Physician with a strong background in health, performance, and preventive medicine. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah and received his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his postgraduate training at Kingman Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Dart is passionate about helping patients optimize their health and quality of life through medicine, lifestyle and compassionate care. Outside of medicine he enjoys strength training, spending time with his children at their sporting events, and hunting in the mountains.
